More than 25,000 women will be diagnosed with
ovarian cancer annually. Currently, there is no early
detection test, so most women are not diagnosed
with the disease until the later stages.
Be a part of this year's Run to Break the Silence and
help raise money for ovarian cancer awareness,
education and research programs.
We all have special women in our lives, whether it
be a mother, daughter, wife, sister, aunt, cousin or
friend. Let's Run to Break the Silence for her.
This year's race has been renamed:
NOCC's Run to Break the Silence on Ovarian Cancer
and will take place on September 25, 2010
